The Catamaran Rally is an opportunity for teams to experience what an individual would never dare to attempt. Rally participants will steer the only professional 9-seater Zebec mountain river catamarans in the Baltics and conquer a set distance amidst the waves of the Baltic Sea. They will be introduced to paddling techniques, water hazards, and rescue methods. Under the supervision of instructors, team members will be responsible for quickly unpacking and inflating the 9-seater catamarans and completing the designated distance. Teams will also face stages of rescue swimming, precision paddling, and paddling without paddles. The best-performing team will be rewarded with a valuable prize.
For all day program we can offer you extreme crossing of Curonian Lagoon on these catamarans in any weather conditions. Your crew will hear a briefing about orientation in open waters, safety and dangers in the water and rescue techniques. You will get navigation equipment and will go under observation of a motor boat. Your team fans will create posters, banners, and cheer for the winners.
