Sailing trip “Wind of the Curonian Lagoon”

Come adrift from active leisure and get immersed into sailing!

During this trip you will experience sailing which was one of the main transportation means for the curonian people. Trip can be organized also on authentic curonian sailing boat called „Kurėnas".

The sailing route goes to the other shore of the Curonian Lagoon to little fishermen village Mingė which is situated at the estuary of the Minija river. Picnic will be arranged there for you. After stroling around and exploring the old architecture of the village you will board our shiop and head back to the west to reach Nida.

For those who like to do a more sporty trip we optionally offer a 12 km bycicle trip from Mingė village to Šturmai where you will make a fish tasting in a specialized local fresh fish restaurant. After delicious fire roasted fish meal we will head back to Mingė to board our sailing boat.

For those wanting to make longer sailing trips we offer sailing in the Curonian lagoon and the Baltic sea.
